Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of VOXN8 CRM ("VOXN8", "the Service"), a WhatsApp CRM, shared inbox and automation platform available at wacrm.voxn8.com. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorized to bind that business.

2. The Service

VOXN8 lets businesses connect a WhatsApp Business Account via Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API) and manage conversations, contacts, message templates, broadcasts and automations. The Service depends on third-party platforms — in particular Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform — whose availability and rules are outside our control.

3. Your account

  • You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials confidential.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account and workspace.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Send spam, unsolicited messages, or messages to people who have not opted in, or otherwise violate the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and Meta's platform terms.
  • Send unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or harmful content.
  • Infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights of others.
  • Attempt to breach, probe, or overload the Service's security or infrastructure.
  • Resell or provide access to the Service to third parties without our consent.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules or that Meta restricts at the platform level.

5. Your content & data

You retain ownership of the messages, contacts and other content you process through the Service. You grant us a limited license to store and process that content solely to operate the Service. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having a lawful basis (including opt-in consent where required) to message your contacts.

6. Fees

Paid plans, where offered, are billed as described at purchase. WhatsApp conversation charges billed by Meta to your WhatsApp Business Account are separate and your responsibility.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time (see Data Deletion Instructions). We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, legal requirements, or discontinuation of the Service, with reasonable notice where practicable.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, message delivery, or continued availability of third-party platforms such as the WhatsApp Business Platform.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VOXN8 is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data or business, arising from use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
